Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) most commonly presents as lymphadenopathy (LAD), fevers, night sweats, weight loss, splenomegaly, and blood count abnormalities. While extranodal involvement as an initial presentation can occur, it is uncommon. At initial diagnosis, MCL most commonly presents as widespread, advanced stage III or IV lymphoma.
