Results of evaluation of clinical course and morpho-functional changes taking place in intact mucosa of young patients with gastric cancer are presented. The study included 66 patients, aged 18-35 yrs, treated at the Center's Clinic. The course of the disease was generally very rapid and masked as non-tumor process.

It was found that significant increase in blood-serum PSG in conjunction with lowered IgE is a marker of bone malignancy while decreased PSG and high IgE is that of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis.
