Food-borne bacterial pathogens in marketed raw meat of Dharan, eastern Nepal.

Objectives: This study aims to assess the bacteriological quality of marketed raw meat with a special emphasis on isolation of Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Vibrio spp.
