Pregnancy in rudimentary uterine horn is rare and associated with maternal and fetal mortality and morbidity. This patient presented with unexplained abdominal pain antenataly. Laparotomy for suspected abruption at 37 weeks revealed ruptured rudimentary horn with placenta accreta.
