Background And Objective: The prevalence of chronic cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) has risen globally, nearly doubling from 1990 to 2019. ECG is a simple, non-invasive measurement that can help identify CVDs at an early and treatable stage. A multi-lead ECG, up to 15 leads in a wearable form factor, is desirable.

Guidelines recommend following up patients after surgery with thyroglobulin (Tg), neck ultrasonography, and occasionally whole-body radioactive scan. However, the results of serum thyroglobulin and whole-body radioiodine scan are often discordant.

This is a retrospective study of intermediate stage HCC (Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer [BCLC] stage B) not responding to prior treatment and/or advanced stage HCC (BCLC stage C) treated with I-lipiodol. I-lipiodol was injected into the hepatic artery through transfemoral route.

Combined with the ability to perform whole-body scanning, F-FDG has revolutionized the evaluation of cancer and has stifled the adoption of other tracers, except in situations where low avidity or high background activity limits diagnostic performance. The strength of F-FDG has generally been its ability to detect disease in the absence of structural abnormality, thereby enhancing diagnostic sensitivity, but its simultaneous weakness has been a lack of specificity due to diverse pathologies with enhanced glycolysis.

In our study, we aim to determine its value in preoperative assessment of endometrial carcinoma. A retrospective study between January 2011 and March 2016 was conducted; we included all cases of carcinoma endometrium with a preoperative PET/CT scan.

There is scant data on the etiology of HM-MLN in such patients, which can also be due to non-malignant causes. We used endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) guided sampling to determine the etiology of HM-MLN in patients with ETM and study the relationship between PET-SUV values and a diagnosis of malignancy in this population.

Aims: The aim of this study is to analyze the response and survival benefits of transarterial radioembolization (TARE) with Iodine-131 (I) Lipiodol for hepatic metastases from gastrointestinal malignancies.
Settings And Design: Retrospective study of 20 patients with pathologically proven hepatic metastases from primary gastrointestinal malignancies referred for palliative therapy with TARE.
The incidence of small differentiated thyroid carcinomas is increasing worldwide in the recent years, especially tumours of size less than 2 cm in diameter. In this study, we have analysed the patterns of behaviour of small-sized thyroid carcinomas (<2 cm, T1 tumours) in comparison with large-sized thyroid carcinomas. This is a retrospectively analysed data of patients with thyroid carcinoma.

Method: HCUP's National Readmission Data(NRD) 2013 was queried for AF admissions using ICD-9-CM code 427.31 in principal diagnosis field.
Background: Recent data suggest that rapid infusion of intravenous (IV) cold saline for Targeted Temperature Management (TTM) after cardiac arrest is associated with higher rates of rearrest, pulmonary edema, and hypoxia, with no difference in neurologic outcomes or survival when administered by Emergency Medical Services. We sought to determine the effects of IV cold saline administration in the hospital setting in postcardiac arrest patients to achieve TTM and its effect on clinical parameters and neurologic outcomes.
Methods And Results: A cohort of 132 patients who completed TTM after cardiac arrest in a single institution was retrospectively studied.
Background: Prostate cancer is biologically and clinically a heterogeneous disease that makes imaging evaluation challenging. One of the important challenges in this cancer is to detect recurrent disease. Biochemical response using Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) and Imaging using several PET tracers have poor sensitivity and specificity.

We thought to determine the distribution of various markers of systolic and diastolic dysfunction in these patients.
Methods: A total of 106 patients were included in this retrospective observational study.
Unlabelled: Integrins are upregulated on both tumor cells and associated vasculature, where they play an important role in angiogenesis and metastasis. Fluciclatide is an arginine-glycine-aspartic acid peptide with high affinity for αvβ3/αvβ5 integrin, which can be radiolabeled for PET imaging of angiogenesis. Thus, (18)F-fluciclatide is a potential biomarker of therapeutic response to antiangiogenic inhibitors.

The most difficult part in the management of these patients is the localization of tumours causing TIO.
Objective: We describe the utility of Gallium (Ga)-68 DOTANOC PET/CT in the localization of tumours causing TIO.
Background: Thyroiditis involves thyroid gland inflammation due to a wide variety of causes. The common varieties are subacute, silent and postpartum thyroiditis.
Aims And Objectives: To retrospectively collect demographic data of thyroiditis from Bangalore over the past 5 years.
Purpose: The choice of an appropriate treatment option in patients with inoperable or metastatic neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) is limited, and approximately 50 % of patients have advanced NET at diagnosis, and 65 % die within 5 years. Treatment with (177)Lu-DOTATATE ((177)Lu-[DOTA(0),Tyr(3)] octreotate) is a promising new option in the treatment of metastatic NETs.
Methods: Patients with metastatic NET who underwent (177)Lu-DOTATATE during the period 2009 to 2013 were included in this retrospective study.
Purpose: Brainstem glioma (BSG) is often treated with definitive irradiation. However, subsequent progression and death occur as a rule rather than the exception, after varying periods of control. The outlook of patients with post-irradiation progression is dismal, and most of these patients are treated with supportive care alone.

We need to modify our routine techniques for performing biopsies of such lesions because they may not be visualized on morphologic imaging. We describe a technique in which fused PET/CT is used to guide the percutaneous biopsy needle for sampling isolated intramuscular metastatic lesions in a patient whose intramuscular metastases were identified only on PET/CT, not on CT or ultrasound, and were clinically occult.
