Background: There is limited data comparing arrhythmia burden amongst patients with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (cc-TGA) undergoing anatomic repair (AR), physiologic repair (PR), and non-surgical management (NS).
Objective: To examine the difference in rate of brady- and tachyarrhythmias amongst patients with cc-TGA stratified by treatment pathway.
Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted including all patients with cc-TGA followed at Cleveland Clinic Children's (1995-2021).

Objective: An increasing number of patients with significant comorbidities present for complex cardiac surgery, with a subgroup requiring discharge to long-term acute care facilities. We aim to examine predictors and mortality after discharge to a long-term acute care facility.
Methods: From January 1, 2015, to April 30, 2021, all adult cardiac surgeries were queried and patients discharged to long-term acute care facilities were identified.
Objective: The study objective was to characterize preoperative and postoperative continuous electroencephalogram metrics and hemodynamic adverse events as predictors of neurodevelopment in congenital heart disease infants undergoing cardiac surgery.
Methods: From 2010 to 2021, 320 infants underwent congenital heart disease surgery at our institution, of whom 217 had perioperative continuous electroencephalogram monitoring and were included in our study. Neurodevelopment was assessed in 76 patients by the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development, 3rd edition, consisting of cognitive, communication, and motor scaled scores.
