A variety of approaches have been documented in the literature for accessing the infraorbital rim and orbital floor in cases of fractures involving orbitozygomatic maxillary complex fractures. Various transcutaneous approaches like infraorbital, subtarsal, and subciliary approaches have been employed traditionally to access these regions.
