Introduction: Non-segmental vitiligo (NSV) is an immune-mediated skin depigmentation disease. Cytokine-mediated interaction between T lymphocytes and melanocytes leads to death of melanocytes, causing a defect in melanin synthesis and thereby depigmentation.
