Five simplex and a multiplex-RT-PCR (m-RT-PCR) protocols were developed for detection and differentiation of bean pod mottle virus (BPMV), cherry leaf roll virus (CLRV), raspberry ringspot virus (RpRSV), soybean mosaic virus (SMV) and tomato ringspot virus (ToRSV) infecting soybean.
