Background: Afterpain is a common discomfort felt by most of the postpartum mothers which is occurred due to delayed involution. Kegel exercise and prone position enhance the involution.

Objective: The Objective of the study is to assess the effectiveness of Knack manoeuvre among women with urinary incontinence.
Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a repeated measures design was used to conduct study at Saveetha Medical College Hospital. Experimental group received Knack manoeuvre for 6 months and control group received routine care.
It is of interest to investigate the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based stress reduction program on stress and salivary cortisol among substance abuse patients. There were 60 drug addicts who were receiving treatment at the addiction centre. Samples are divided into 30 drug abuse patient experimental and 30 substance abuse patient control groups using the simple random sampling approach.
