In this report, we present a case of a 65-year-old man admitted to the hospital with unstable angina. Triple coronary artery obstructive disease and severe right internal carotid artery stenosis in the retroparotid region were diagnosed.

Surgical treatment of the great saphenous vein aneurysm resulting in pulmonary embolization in two patients.

Superficial venous aneurysms of the lower extremities are considered rare and their clinical significance is poorly defined. The pulmonary embolism arising from superficial venous aneurysms has been previously reported. In this article, we report two cases of great saphenous vein aneurysm that resulted in pulmonary embolism.
