Preparation of superhydrophobic surfaces with micro/nano alumina molds.

Polymer micro/nano hierarchical structures were successfully formed by photo-nanoimprinting using anodic porous alumina molds. Anodic porous alumina molds with hierarchical structures were prepared by the anodization of an Al substrate with a micro-concave array. The obtained surfaces with hierarchical structures exhibited superhydrophobicity.
