Methods: The light qualities, photoperiods and induction periods were changed to regulate the main chemical compositions of Anoectochilus roxburghii.
Results: The contents of total flavonoids, quercetin, isorhamnetin and kaempferol in blue light were higher than that in yellow light, the worst was under red light.
