Objective: To study the effects of urokinase intervention on endotoxin-induced DIC in Wistar rats model.
Methods: Wistar rats were randomly assigned into 4 groups: normal saline (NS) group, urokinase (UK) group, endotoxin (LPS) group and LPS+ UK group. These agents were given to the rats by the tail vein intravenous infusion, NS group was treated with NS 2.
