Purpose Of Review: The purpose of this review is to examine the current research of the posterior tongue tie and how it relates to breast feeding, solid feeding, and speech.

Recent Findings: Recent findings show that the posterior tongue tie may play a role in effective breast feeding.

Summary: Ankyloglossia is the term used for the restriction of the movement of the tongue that impairs certain functions such as breastfeeding or bottle feeding, feeding with solids, and speech.

Purpose: The authors describe a cadaver feasibility study investigating a minimally invasive technique for corneal neurotization with the supraorbital nerve harvested endoscopically.

Methods: A cadaver study was performed to investigate the technical feasibility of corneal neurotization via endoscopic supraorbital nerve transfer to the corneoscleral limbus.

Results: Endoscopic corneal neurotization was successfully performed on each cadaveric hemiface.

Objectives: Literature review of treating the piriform apex sinus tract through microlaryngoscopy and a case description.

Review Methods: Fourteen papers were identified in PubMed using the search criteria of piriform sinus fistula, microlaryngoscopic repair, and endoscopy. Institutional Review Board approval was obtained.
