The effects of communication skills on resilience in undergraduate nursing students in Turkey.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of communication skills on resilience in undergraduate nursing students in Turkey.

Design And Methods: The research was completed with a total of 687 students. The Introductory Information Form, the Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA), and the Communication Skills Scale (CSS) were used as data collection tools.
