Background: Access to and utilization of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) services remains poor. ASRH services in Kenya are primarily offered in health facilities and include counselling, information, and services on family planning, sexually transmitted infections, and HIV and basic life skills. The Ministry of Education also provides age-appropriate sexual and reproductive health information in schools.

Introduction: Head and neck localizations of hydatid cyst are very rare (1% of human cases) even in countries where echinococcosis is endemic (human sites). Our objective was to report the epidemiological, and clinical characteristics and the management of head and neck localizations of hydatid cyst.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective descriptive study of 17 cases of head and neck hydatid cysts taken in charge in our department between 2000 and 2014 was conducted.
This article presents a case report on a skeletal Class III associated with transverse maxillary constriction treated using a combined orthodontic and surgical approach. The presurgical orthodontic phase involved decompensation for the malocclusion accompanied by upper arch expansion. After 15 months of orthodontic preparation, the patient underwent mandibular setback surgery.

Port's puffy tumour (PPT), corresponding to frontal osteomyelitis causing erosion of the anterior wall of the frontal sinus and subperiosteal abscess, is a rare but serious complication of frontal sinusitis or trauma to the region. It can occur even despite the use of antibiotics and requires surgical drainage of the abscess, excision of pathological tissues and obliteration of the frontal sinus by various materials. It can rarely progress to life-threatening intracranial extension.
