Background: In the last three decades, the increasing trend in female employment in Bangladesh has been critically analyzed from a socioeconomic point of view; however, its impact on infant and young child feeding (IYCF) practices has yet to be systematically reviewed. The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis is to investigate the association between these variables.

Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted in PubMed, Medline, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL, and Google Scholar to retrieve relevant records with no restriction of publication period.

Synthesis of Lead(II) Carbonate-Containing Nanoparticles Using Ultrasonication or Microwave Irradiation.

We report on the synthesis of lead(II) carbonate-containing nanoparticles using the polyol process under high-energy ultrasound or microwave irradiation as alternate energization methods. Five carbonate source precursors are used in the reaction, and the precipitation reactions generate four different crystal products, depending on the precursor. More alkaline precursors produce the hydroxy-carbonate structures (abellaite, or its potassium analog, and hydrocerussite), while the less alkaline precursors produce the simple carbonate structure (cerussite).

Here, we assess if findings gathered during examination and imaging of patients with a known angle-closure diagnosis (probands) could better determine the risk of angle closure in the patients' siblings.

Methods: Seventy-eight patients satisfying the recruitment standards, were randomly allocated into three groups as follows: Group I (n = 26) - Inferior alveolar nerve block (IANB) devoid of aromatherapy (AT); Group II (n = 26) - IANB with lavender AT and Group III - IANB with rose AT (n = 26) with the help of the ultrasonic aroma diffuser (with respective oils)for 20 min/2 h in operatories 1,2 and 3 respectively.
