Moiré superlattices, created by stacking different van der Waals materials at twist angles, have emerged as a versatile platform for exploring intriguing phenomena such as topological properties, superconductivity, the quantum anomalous Hall effect, and the unconventional Stark effect. Additionally, the formation of moiré superlattice potential can generate spontaneous symmetry breaking, leading to an anisotropic optical response and electronic transport behavior. Herein, we propose a two-step chemical vapor deposition (CVD) strategy for synthesizing WS/SbS moiré superlattices.

Severe refractory colitis after intraperitoneal infusion of CEA-directed CAR T cells in patients with colorectal cancer.

Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR T) cells have shown their potential in hematological malignancies and the treatment of solid tumors, especially in metastases. However, CAR T-cell therapy may carry risks of inducing severe adverse effects, which are recognized as immune-related adverse events. Here, we report two cases of severe colitis presented with refractory bloody diarrhea, which were induced by carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)-directed CAR T therapy in the treatment of metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma.

Endovascular therapy versus anticoagulation alone for subacute iliofemoral deep vein thrombosis.

Purpose: This study evaluated whether endovascular therapy (ET) improved early symptom relief and decreased the incidence of moderate-to-severe post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS) compared to anticoagulation alone in patients with subacute (15-28 days) iliofemoral deep vein thrombosis (DVT).

Materials And Methods: Consecutive patients with subacute iliofemoral DVT from January 2020 to June 2022 were identified. A total of 86 patients were categorized to treatment with ET alongside anticoagulation (endovascular group, n = 49) or anticoagulation alone (anticoagulation group, n = 37).
