The selection of replication origins is a defining characteristic of DNA replication in eukaryotes, yet its mechanism in humans has not been well-defined. In this study, we use Cut&Run to examine genomic binding locations for TICRR/TRESLIN and MTBP, the human orthologs for the yeast DNA replication initiation factors Sld3 and Sld7. We mapped TRESLIN and MTBP binding in HCT116 colorectal cancer cells using asynchronous and G1 synchronized populations.

The prepared dosing solution in the IV bag may be transported to the dosing location via manual, vehicular, pneumatic tube system (PTS), or a combination of these methods. In this study, the type and level of physical stresses associated with these three methods and their product quality impact for relatively sensitive and stable mAbs were assessed.

Adenylosuccinate lyase is required for de novo purine biosynthesis, acting twice in the pathway at non-sequential steps. Genetic models can contribute to our understanding of the etiology of disease phenotypes and pave the way for development of therapeutic treatments.

However, there are patients with thoracic constriction (defined as elevated Haller-Index > 3.25 determined by cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR)) without visible evidence of PE, leading to similar complaints.

Although the umbilicus has no function, there is no doubt about the importance of its shape for the self-esteem of patients, especially after breast cancer (2). In the present study, we compared two of the preferred techniques described in the literature on 72 patients in terms of aesthetic outcome, complications and sensitivity: the caudal flap (domed shape) and the oval shape of the umbilicus.
