The first patients treated with MR-CBCT soft-tissue matching in a MR-only prostate radiotherapy pathway.

Introduction: Magnetic Resonance (MR)-only radiotherapy for prostate cancer has previously been reported using fiducial markers for on-treatment verification. MR-Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) soft-tissue matching does not require invasive fiducial markers and enables MR-only treatments to other pelvic cancers. This study evaluated the first clinical implementation of MR-only prostate radiotherapy using MR-CBCT soft-tissue matching.

The food and beverage industry has been increasingly replacing sugar with non-nutritive sweeteners in their sweetened products to control or reduce total calories. Research comparing the effect of nutritive and non-nutritive sweeteners on emotional state of participants exposed to acute stressors is still limited. This study aimed to determine the effect of drinking tea sweetened with either a nutritive sweetener (sugar) or a non-nutritive sweetener (sucralose or stevia) on emotional state, in terms of calmness and pleasantness, of participants exposed to an acute stressor.

Genome Sequences of Mycobacteriophages Luchador and Nerujay.

Luchador and Nerujay are two newly isolated mycobacteriophages recovered from soil samples using Mycobacterium smegmatis. Their genomes are 53,387 bp and 53,455 bp long and have 96 and 97 predicted open reading frames, respectively. Nerujay is related to subcluster A1 phages, and Luchador represents a new subcluster, A14.

Genome Sequences of Cluster G Mycobacteriophages Cambiare, FlagStaff, and MOOREtheMARYer.

Mycobacteriophages Cambiare, FlagStaff, and MOOREtheMARYer are newly isolated phages of Mycobacterium smegmatis mc(2) 155 recovered from soil samples in Pittsburgh, PA. All three genomes are closely related to cluster G mycobacteriophages but differ sufficiently in nucleotide sequence and gene content to warrant division of cluster G into several subclusters.
