Unlabelled: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by memory loss, cognitive impairment, and behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia. The limited efficacy of drugs for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases reflects their complex etiology and pathogenesis. A novel in vitro model may help to bridge the gap between existing preclinical animal models and human clinical trials, thus identifying promising therapeutic targets that can be explored in upcoming clinical trials.

Methods: The cross-sectional study was conducted at Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital, Karachi June to October 2019, and comprised male subjects aged >40 years with no prior diagnosis of prostate cancer who were enrolled from the community. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire which was available in English and Urdu languages.
Background: Carcinoma of unknown primary represents a therapeutic challenge in oncological practice. Evidence lacks to support particular chemotherapy selection and empirical therapies are commonly extrapolated from data on patients where primary tumor site is known. Gemcitabine, Oxaliplatin, Leucovorin and 5-Fluorouracil was previously developed to treat pancreatic cancer.

Such analyses have been published in a variety of clinical specialties; however, a detailed literature search showed that no such study has been done for "myeloid neoplasms." In order to bridge this gap, we conducted a citation analysis of the 100 most influential articles on myeloid neoplasms.
