A Phase I, First-In-Human Study of CBA-1205, an Anti-DLK1 Monoclonal Antibody, in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors.

CBA-1205 is a novel humanized antibody targeting delta-like 1 homolog (DLK1) that enhances antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity activity. DLK1 overexpression has been reported in various cancer types, such as hepatocellular carcinoma and neuroblastoma. CBA-1205 demonstrates potent antitumor activity in multiple tumor models, making it a potential treatment option for DLK1-expressing cancers.

APMAT analysis reveals the association between CD8 T cell receptors, cognate antigen, and T cell phenotype and persistence.

Elucidating the relationships between a class I peptide antigen, a CD8 T cell receptor (TCR) specific to that antigen, and the T cell phenotype that emerges following antigen stimulation, remains a mostly unsolved problem, largely due to the lack of large data sets that can be mined to resolve such relationships. Here, we describe Antigen-TCR Pairing and Multiomic Analysis of T-cells (APMAT), an integrated experimental-computational framework designed for the high-throughput capture and analysis of CD8 T cells, with paired antigen, TCR sequence, and single-cell transcriptome. Starting with 951 putative antigens representing a comprehensive survey of the SARS-CoV-2 viral proteome, we utilize APMAT for the capture and single cell analysis of CD8 T cells from 62 HLA A*02:01 COVID-19 participants.

Electrical Control of Photoluminescence in 2D Semiconductors Coupled to Plasmonic Lattices.

Integrating two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors into nanophotonic structures provides a versatile platform for advanced optoelectronic devices. A key challenge in realizing these systems is to achieve control over light emission from these materials. In this work, we demonstrate the modulation of photoluminescence (PL) in transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) coupled to surface lattice resonances in metal nanoparticle arrays.

[EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF ENFORTUMAB VEDOTIN IN ADVANCED UROTHELIAL CARCINOMA TREATMENT: AN INITIAL EXPERIENCE IN A SINGLE INSTITUTION].

(Purpose) Enfortumab vedotin has been available as a third-line treatment for advanced urothelial carcinoma in Japan since December 2021. While the treatment is expected to improve the outcome of advanced urothelial carcinoma, concerns regarding adverse events do exist. We report here our initial experience of the use of enfortumab vedotin as a third-line therapy in patients with advanced urothelial carcinoma.

A single-arm, phase II study of sotorasib plus carboplatin/pemetrexed in advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer patients with KRAS G12C mutation (WJOG14821L, SCARLET).

Background: The efficacy and safety of sotorasib plus platinum-doublet chemotherapy in KRAS G12C-mutated non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (non-Sq NSCLC) were previously reported with limited follow-up period.

Method: SCARLET was a single-arm phase II study of chemotherapy-naïve patients with KRAS G12C-mutated non-Sq NSCLC. Participants received sotorasib 960 mg daily plus four cycles of carboplatin (area under the curve, 5)/pemetrexed 500 mg/m, followed by sotorasib/pemetrexed until disease progression.
