Unlabelled: The loss of major histocompatibility complex class I (MHC-I) molecules has been proposed as a mechanism by which cancer cells evade tumor-specific T cells in immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-refractory patients. Nevertheless, the mechanism by which cancer cells downregulate MHC-I is poorly understood. We report here that membrane-associated RING-CH-type finger 8 (MARCHF8), upregulated by human papillomavirus (HPV), ubiquitinates and degrades MHC-I proteins in HPV-positive head and neck cancer (HPV+ HNC).

Students often seek opportunities to enrich their classroom learning. Providing students the chance to engage in research studies or global health projects allows for experiential enrichment. However, the impact on partners and partner sites, financial implications, and equity of student opportunity, as well as the logistical burden potentially placed on multiple parties, all need to be considered.

Four clinics implemented an intervention to increase TB household contact identification and evaluation in rural Eastern Cape, South Africa. We applied a care cascade framework to assess gaps in evaluation and treatment initiation from April 2021 to June 2023. We identified 1,698 contacts of 287 individuals with TB.

The advanced practice nurse (APN) has been introduced in France, following the 2016 health law and implementing decrees published in 2018. In this context, the French Society for Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (SFGM-TC) has already issued guidelines regarding the allocation of APNs' new clinical competences and their collaboration with physicians. It is now providing new recommendations on the transversal activities that can be fulfilled by APNs, such as research, leadership, training and teaching.

Study Objective: To assess the knowledge of ovulation and menstruation of adolescent females in Western Australia.

Methods: A validated adolescent ovulatory menstrual health literacy questionnaire was used in a cross-sectional study, which included an open-response question inviting participants' reflections.

Results: Participants (n = 297) were from two single sex and seven coeducational schools of varied socio-educational advantage.
