This study presents a method for aligning the geometric parameters of images in multi-channel imaging systems based on the application of pre-processing methods, machine learning algorithms, and a calibration setup using an array of orderly markers at the nodes of an imaginary grid. According to the proposed method, one channel of the system is used as a reference. The images from the calibration setup in each channel determine the coordinates of the markers, and the displacements of the marker centers in the system's channels relative to the coordinates of the centers in the reference channel are then determined.

Treatment of post-traumatic deformities is a separate task of orthopedics and traumatology, because for the normalization of injured limb function requires more than realignment of bone fragments followed with their stable fixation. The analysis of post-traumatic deformities pays attention mostly to their influence on the joints. The functional state of the muscles of the damaged segment and limb, in general, is analyzed very seldom and not taken into consideration in the planning of treatment.

The uniformly anisotropic media afforded by hydrogels are being increasingly exploited in analytical (structure elucidation) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, and in studies of mechanosensitive biophysical and biochemical properties of living cells. The 9Be NMR parameters of beryllium fluoride complexes formed in aqueous solutions are sensitive markers of the anisotropic molecular environments produced by gelatin gels. The electric quadrupole moment of the 9Be nucleus (spin I = 3/2) interacts with the electric field gradient tensor in a stretched (or compressed) gel, giving rise to the splitting of peaks in 9Be NMR spectra.
