[Submandibular dermoid cyst extended to the cervical region].

Introduction: Dermoid cysts of the submandibular region are rare. We report an exceptional case with extension to the neck.

Observation: The patient presented with a voluminous left submandibular cystic tumor with extension to the neck and to floor of the mouth.
