Objectives: To examine the psychometric properties of an assessment measure for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) that corresponds with the current version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fifth Edition (DSM-5) in older adults.
Design: Cross-sectional study.
Setting: Nationally representative web-based survey (National Health and Resilience in Veterans Study; NHRVS) between November 18, 2019 and March 8, 2020.
Parkinson's disease (PD) is a prevalent neurodegenerative disorder that shows considerable heterogeneity of risk factors however, the degree to which race/ethnicity has been actively pursued in PD risk research is unknown. We examined PD literature from 2000-24 and found that less than half accounted for race/ethnicity and only 4.8% of n = 1142 articles included ethno-racial factors as an integral part of the analysis.

The West Coast region of the South Island of New Zealand is recognised as having a high prevalence of liver fluke infection, however, few studies have tested this assumption. This study aimed to estimate the seroprevalence and spatial distribution of liver fluke infection in most West Coast and some Canterbury dairy herds using bulk milk ELISA. Herds were bulk milk sampled on three occasions, twice, a week apart in March 2017 (n = 430 and n = 99) and once in October 2017 (n = 412).

We used the conventional diffusion-weighted MRI (dMRI) model, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), and two advanced dMRI models, the tensor distribution function (TDF) and neurite orientation dispersion density imaging (NODDI) to assess WM microstructure.
