Periorbital Microcystic Adnexal Carcinoma With Distant Metastases.

Purpose: Microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC) is a locally aggressive adnexal carcinoma of the head and neck, which has a high tendency for recurrence. MAC rarely has distant metastasis, with only one previously reported case originating from the periorbital region. We present a patient with periorbital MAC with distant metastasis and a review of all reported patients with metastatic disease.

Infantile Sinonasal Tract Myxomas with Orbital Involvement: Presentation of Two Cases and Comprehensive Literature Review.

Our aim is to present two cases of infantile sinonasal tract myxoma with orbital involvement and conduct a comprehensive literature review of the topic. We aim to provide a summary of the presentation of infantile sinonasal tract myxomas to effectively aid clinicians in considering this rare entity as a potential diagnosis. We present a case series and a retrospective review of the published literature in the English language.

Periocular manifestations of blepharocheilodontic syndrome and their management: case series and literature review.

Purpose: Blepharocheilodontic (BCD) syndrome is a rare condition with eyelid ectropion, euryblepharon, lagophthalmos, congenital cleft lip/palate, and oligodontia. BCD syndrome is an autosomal dominant inherited disorder and has multiple associations with systemic diseases. We present three new cases of BCD syndrome and a literature review of the periocular manifestations of BCD and their management.

Orbital Myeloma and Plasmacytoma: An Australian Study.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide Australian data on the clinical and radiological features and outcomes in patients with orbital plasmacytomas.

Methods: Multicentre retrospective review of orbital plasmacytoma and orbital involvement in multiple myeloma (MM) from 2005 to 2022 in Australia.
