[The situation in integrated and community-oriented psychiatric treatment institutions with new financial realities].

The author describes the structure and functioning of a psychiatric treatment institution which is integrated and community-oriented. He discusses subsequently its readiness to implement changes and goes through adaptation actions (which have taken place at the cost of stuff and quality and extent of service). The situation after four months of financing by health-care funds has been analysed.
