Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a range of long-term health issues in recovered patients, collectively known as "post-COVID syndrome."
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effects of combined pranayama techniques, specifically and , on pulmonary function and heart rate variability in post-COVID patients.
Methods: A randomised controlled trial was conducted with 90 post-COVID patients (aged 19-40).

Objectives: The pervasiveness of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is rapidly increasing worldwide, with physical inactivity being one of the major risk factors. Hand grip strength (HGS) is an important indicator of overall physical functioning and has been associated with various health-related outcomes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of physical activity on the HGS of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).

Objective: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is an acquired neurological disorder of cognitive and behavioral impairments, with a long and progressive route. Currently, efforts are being made to develop potent drugs that target multiple pathological mechanisms that drive the successful treatment of AD in human beings. The development of nano-drug delivery systems has recently emerged as an effective strategy to treat AD.

The composition, structural, functional, morphological and optical properties of the as synthesized N-TiO₂/WS₂ hybrids were characterized by XRD, UV-DRS, PL, FE-SEM with EDAX, TEM, FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy. Surface area and thermal stability of the catalysts were analyzed by BET and TG/DTA techniques.

TiO₂ were also synthesized by sol-gel method and used for the optimization of reaction parameters such as catalyst weight, dye concentration and pH in the photocatalytic degradation of reactive dyes such as reactive blue 198 (RB 198), reactive black 5 (RB 5) and reactive yellow 145 (RY 145) under UV irradiation. MTiO₃ (M = Sr, Ca, Ba and Pb) catalysts were evaluated towards the photocatalytic decolourization of RB 198, RB 5 and RY 145 under optimized reaction conditions.
