[Infusion treatment with nitrites of patients with acute myocardial infarct and unstable angina pectoris].

The results of prolonged infusion treatment with Trinitrosan and Isoket of 29 patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris are reported. The drug action on the anginal syndrome, accompanying cardiac failure, heart rate and arterial tension is analysed. The action on the dynamic of enzyme activity and of the electrocardiograms during the treatment is compared with a control group of healthy persons.
