This study aimed to explore the risk factors for mediastinal lymph node metastases (MLNM) in patients with early-stage non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to establish a predictive model. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data from NSCLC patients treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University and the First Affiliated Dongguan Hospital of Guangdong Medical University between March 2021 and March 2023. Cell-type-specific activation of parvalbumin (PV)-expressing neurons in the external globus pallidus (GPe) through optogenetics has shown promise in facilitating long-lasting movement dysfunction recovery in mice with Parkinson's disease. However, its translational potential is hindered by adverse effects stemming from the invasive implantation of optical fibers into the brain. In this study, we have developed a non-invasive optogenetics approach, utilizing focused ultrasound-triggered mechanoluminescent nanotransducers to enable remote photon delivery deep in the brain for genetically targeted neuromodulation.

To address the issue of safe, orderly, and efficient operation for unmanned vehicles within the apron area in the future, a hardware framework of aircraft-vehicle-airfield collaboration and a trajectory planning method for unmanned vehicles on the apron were proposed. As for the vehicle-airfield perspective, a collaboration mechanism between flight support tasks and unmanned vehicle departure movement was constructed. As for the latter, a control mechanism was established for the right-of-way control of the apron.
