Purpose: Hip arthroscopy has gained popularity among orthopaedic procedures over the last decade. The present study aims to evaluate the trends of hip arthroscopy procedures in Italy analysing data recorded by the Italian Ministry of Health, reporting demographics, length of hospitalisation (LOS), diagnosis and the economic impact of the procedure.
Methods: The National Hospital Discharge records reported by the Italian Ministry of Health were used, analysing the data regarding hip arthroscopy procedures performed in Italy between 2001 and 2016.

Purpose: To evaluate factors associated with revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) within 5 years of primary ACLR in children and adolescents.
Methods: Children and adolescents (age <20 years at surgery) who underwent primary hamstring tendon ACLR at the Capio Artro Clinic, Stockholm, Sweden, between January 2005 and December 2018 were identified. Revision ACLR within 5 years of primary ACLR was captured in the Swedish National Knee Ligament Registry.
Background: Person-centered care is a concept in healthcare that aims to promote the patient's health and adapt resources and interventions based on the patient's needs and wishes. Knowledge on what person-centered physiotherapy is for patients who rehabilitate after an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, and how patients experience it within the context of sports injury rehabilitation, is lacking.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to explore how patients who were in a late rehabilitation stage (8-12 months) after ACL reconstruction experienced their rehabilitation from a person-centered perspective.
Purpose: The purpose of this article is to explore the potential of digital twin technologies in orthopaedics and to evaluate how their integration with artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning (DL) can improve orthopaedic evaluation and treatment. This review addresses key applications of digital twins, including surgical planning, patient-specific outcome prediction, augmented reality-assisted surgery and simulation-based surgical training.
Methods: Existing studies on digital twins in various domains, including engineering, biomedical and orthopaedics are reviewed.
