Background: With the Internet as the main source of information for health content, the quality of websites with medical information is of high importance.
Objective: This study analysed 250 websites on acute ankle sprain (ASD), one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders, for their quality and readability. Based on the results, a guide for patients was created.
Background: Most spheroid models use size measurements as a primary readout parameter; some models extend analysis to T cell infiltration or perform caspase activation assays. However, to our knowledge, T cell motility analysis is not regularly included as an endpoint in imaging studies on cancer spheroids.
Methods: Here, we intend to demonstrate that motility analysis of macrophages and T cells is a valuable functional endpoint for studies on molecular interventions in the tumor microenvironment.
Background: In clinical practice, several radiopharmaceuticals are used for PSMA-PET imaging, each with distinct biodistribution patterns. This may impact treatment decisions and outcomes, as eligibility for PSMA-directed radioligand therapy is usually assessed by comparing tumoral uptake to normal liver uptake as a reference. In this study, we aimed to compare tracer uptake intraindividually in various reference regions including liver, parotid gland and spleen as well as the respective tumor-to-background ratios (TBR) of different F-labeled PSMA ligands to today's standard radiopharmaceutical Ga-PSMA-11 in a series of patients with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer who underwent a dual PSMA-PET examination as part of an individualized diagnostic approach.

Within the totality of evidence for demonstration of biosimilarity, immunogenicity assessments were performed in healthy subjects and patients with relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) to confirm a matching immunogenicity profile between biosim-NTZ and ref-NTZ.
Methods: Immunogenicity of biosim-NTZ versus ref-NTZ was evaluated in two pivotal clinical studies.
Pannexin (PANX) channels are present in skin and facilitate the movement of signalling molecules during cellular communication. PANX1 and PANX3 function in skin homeostasis and keratinocyte differentiation but were previously reduced in a small cohort of human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) tumours compared to normal epidermis. In our study we used SCC-13 cells, limited publicly available RNA-seq data and a larger cohort of cSCC patient-matched samples to analyse PANX1 and PANX3 expression and determine the association between their dysregulation and the malignant properties of cSCC.
