Objective: The study examines: 1) impacts of COVID-19 on the work of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - Education (SNAP-Ed) implementers, 2) facilitators and barriers experienced in making adaptations, and 3) factors that would have helped with preparedness to adapt.
Design, Setting, And Participants: A purposive sample of 181 SNAP-Ed program implementers from across five states completed a survey or interview based on the study aims. Quantitative data was summarized with descriptive statistics and qualitative data was analyzed thematically.
Few studies have explored patient choice of visit modality between in-person, video, and telephone for prenatal care where exams are viewed as core to care and how this choice impacts no-show rate. This study evaluated the association between choice of visit modality and prenatal care visit attendance. In this observational (July 2020-June 2022) mixed methods study of an urban safety-net obstetrics clinic, we collected sociodemographic traits, telemedicine eligibility (as determined by a clinician), choice of visit modality (in-person, telephone, and video), and visit completion status.

The double estrogen receptor knockout (αβERKO) ovary had the appearance of seminiferous tubule-like structures that expressed SOX9; this phenotype was lost when the animals were repeatedly backcrossed to the C57BL/6J genetic background. A new line of ERKO mice, Ex3αβERKO, was developed for targeted disruption on a mixed genetic background.
