Multimodal dialogue involving multiple participants presents complex computational challenges, primarily due to the rich interplay of diverse communicative modalities including speech, gesture, action, and gaze. These modalities interact in complex ways that traditional dialogue systems often struggle to accurately track and interpret. To address these challenges, we extend the textual enrichment strategy of Dense Paraphrasing (DP), by translating each nonverbal modality into linguistic expressions.

A 7-year-old girl visited the Samsung Medical Center emergency room for primary tooth aspiration during primary tooth extraction under conscious sedation with NO. The patient showed no signs of respiratory complications. Chest radiography and CT revealed a tooth in the right bronchi.

Background/aims: Regression of liver fibrosis during antiviral therapy in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients has been demonstrated, but data on the influence of long-term treatment with tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) on liver stiffness (LS) measured by transient elastography are scarce. We aimed to investigate the changes in LS values during the 144-week TDF therapy in treatment-naïve CHB patients.

Muco-cutaneous melanosis is a benign entity with no progression. Although, dermoscopic features may help to differentiate melanosis from malignant pigmented diseases, histopathology remains crucial for the confirming of melanosis of the nipple and areola. The use of conventional bio-signals such as an electrocardiogram (ECG) for biometric authentication is vulnerable to a lack of verification of continuity of signals; this is because the system does not consider the change in signals caused by a change in the situation of a person, that is, conventional biological signals. Prediction technology based on tracking and analyzing new signals can overcome this shortcoming. However, since the biological signal data sets are massive, their utilization is crucial for higher accuracy.
