Retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma diagnosis and management in a chronic kidney disease context: A case report.

Introduction And Importance: While the treatment approach for sarcomas seems straightforward and well-defined, we often encounter several diagnostic or therapeutic challenges in clinical practice. This article presents a case of retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma in a patient with chronic kidney disease, highlighting the complexity of managing such cases.

First report of Toxoplasma gondii infection and associated risk factors in the dromedary camel (Camelus dromedarius) population in south East Algeria.

The study aimed at assessing the prevalence of toxoplasmosis due to T. gondii in dromedaries by the ELISA test and to identify associated risk factors. This article presents a participative and iterative qualitative risk assessment framework that can be used to evaluate the spatial variation of the risk of infectious animal disease introduction and spread on a national scale. The framework was developed through regional training action workshops and field activities. The active involvement of national animal health services enabled the identification, collection and hierarchization of risk factors.
