Allergic rhinitis and asthma are commonly coexisting conditions, significantly impacting patient health and quality of life. Despite their interrelation, diagnosing allergic rhinitis in patients with asthma remains challenging, leading to underdiagnosis and suboptimal management. The expert consensus engaged a modified Delphi method involving 29 experts including pulmonologists, ear, nose, and throat surgeons, and allergologists.

This case report describes a 55 year-old gentleman who had been living with an extremely large (1.2 kg) pleomorphic adenoma for 24 years-despite its significant size, weight and appearance. A modified surgical incision and approach were required to remove the tumour, to avoid damaging the facial nerve and its branches.

Introduction: Composite phaeochromocytoma is a tumour containing a separate tumour of neuronal origin in addition to a chromaffin cell tumour. This study reports on two cases from a single centre's records and presents a systematic literature review of composite phaeochromocytomas.

Methods: In addition to describing 2 case reports, a systematic search of the Medline database from inception up to April 2020 was done for human case reports on composite phaeochromocytomas.
