Background: We investigated patient experience with abortion for fetal anomaly, about which little is known.

Methods: This qualitative, longitudinal pilot study surveyed 7 patients twice after abortion for fetal anomaly, initially 4 to 5 days after the abortion and a follow-up 3 months post-abortion, at a single Wisconsin hospital from July 2012 to February 2014.

Results: Patients indicated that having a choice to have an abortion and choose the modality is imperative, and they remained certain in their decision-making over time.

Strengths and Limitations of Web-Based Cessation Support for Individuals Who Smoke, Dual Use, or Vape: Qualitative Interview Study.

Background: Tobacco use has shifted in recent years, especially with the introduction of e-cigarettes. Despite the current variable and intersecting tobacco product use among tobacco users, most want to quit, which necessitates cessation programs to adapt to these variable trends (vs focusing on combustible cigarettes alone). The use of web-based modalities for cessation support has become quite popular in recent years and has been compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Adherence type impacts completion rates of frequent mobile cognitive assessments among older adults with and without cognitive impairment.

Background: Prior to a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, many individuals experience cognitive and behavioral fluctuations that are not detected during a single session of traditional neuropsychological assessment. Mobile applications now enable high-frequency cognitive data to be collected remotely, introducing new opportunities and challenges. Emerging evidence suggests cognitively impaired older adults are capable of completing mobile assessments frequently, but no study has observed whether completion rates vary by assessment frequency or adherence type.

Introduction: Vaping among North American youth has surfaced as a concerning public health epidemic. Increasing evidence of harms associated with E-cigarette use, especially among the young, has prompted urgency in addressing vaping. Although a number of individual behavior change campaigns have arisen as a result, little is known about which behavior change techniques are being employed to influence youth vaping behavior.
