Background: There has been a recent upsurge in the cases of Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) associated with Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis on the demographic profile, clinical characteristics, complications, management, and prognosis of this emerging novel entity.
Methods: Using a predefined search strategy incorporating MeSH terms and keywords, all known literature databases were searched up till 10th July 2020.

Background: The rising burden of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has led to the mass use of hydroxychloroquine by healthcare workers (HCWs). Adverse event profile of this drug when used as prophylaxis is not well known in the literature.
Methods: A retrospective, cross-sectional study was conducted across the country using semi-structured web-based questionnaire among COVID-19 negative and asymptomatic healthcare workers, taking hydroxychloroquine prophylaxis.

Background: Recently, pyrazole derivatives have shown significant antiinflammatory activity. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have some side effects, mainly gastric irritation and gastric ulceration during the treatment of inflammation. So the current study deals with the synthesis and pharmacological evaluation of a series of novel pyrazole derivatives as anti-inflammatory agents.
