Background: Maternity outcomes for women from certain ethnic groups are notably poor, partly owing to their not receiving treatment from services.
Aims: To explore barriers to access among Black and south Asian women with perinatal mental health problems who did not access perinatal mental health services and suggestions for improvements, and to map findings on to the perinatal care pathway.
Method: Semi-structured interviews were conducted in 2020 and 2021 in the UK.
Background: People with cystic fibrosis (PwCF) are frequently hospitalized for treatment of pulmonary exacerbation. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Pulmonary Guidelines support the use of intravenous aminoglycosides with therapeutic drug monitoring for the treatment of pulmonary exacerbation due to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Serum intravenous tobramycin concentrations are commonly collected by peripheral venipuncture (PV).

In a prospective multicenter study of randomly selected, clinically stable adolescents and adults, we assessed relationships between 24 inflammation-associated molecules and the future occurrence of CF pulmonary exacerbation using proportional hazards models. We explored relationships for potential confounding or mediation by clinical factors and assessed sensitivities to treatments including CF transmembrane regulator (CFTR) protein synthesis modulators.

Smart home sensor data is being increasingly used to identify health risks through passive tracking of specific behaviours and activity patterns. This study explored the feasibility of using motion sensor data to track changes in daytime movement patterns within the home, and their potential association with depression in older adults. This study analysed the motion sensor data collected during a one-year smart home trial, and explored their association with Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) scores collected at three different time points during the trial (i.
