The aim of this work is the systematization of the literature data for the most clearly defined directions of study of the effectiveness of antioxidant and antihypoxant drugs in complex treatment of patients with purulent inflammatory diseases of the maxillofacial area. The authors attempt to analyze the results of the use of antioxidant and antihypoxant therapy at pyoinflammatory pro- cesses of different localization.
