[Intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy for locally advanced breast cancer using implantable reservoir connected with catheter inserted in recurrent radial artery].

Intra-arterial infusion chemotherapy through a catheter incubated at the recurrent radial artery and connected to an implantable reservoir was performed in eight patients with supraclavicular lymph node metastasis including four locally advanced recurrent breast cancers and two inflammatory breast cancer. Clinical response in breast cancer patients was 1 CR, 3 PR, 1 NC, and 1 PD. There was no complication related with catheter insertion.
