The Spectrum of Germline Nucleotide Variants in Gastric Cancer Patients in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Gastric cancer is a major challenge in modern oncology due to its high detection rate and prevalence. While sporadic cases make up the majority of gastric cancer, hereditary gastric cancer is caused by germline mutations in several genes linked to different syndromes. Thus, identifying hereditary forms of gastric cancer is considered crucial globally.

NIR as a "trigger switch" for situ distinguish superbacteria and photothermal synergistic antibacterial treatment with AgO particles/lignosulfonate/cationic guar gum hybrid hydrogel.

The in situ identification of superbugs with the simultaneous killing of it is key to preventing human health. Here, a one-stop identification and killing platform for near-infrared (NIR) triggering was designed and constructed using lignosulfonate (LS), cationic guar gum (CG) and AgO NPs hydrogels (LS/CG/AgO). The hydrogel network is used as a fixed matrix for AgO NPs and a nano reactor, meanwhile 3,3', 5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) as a single probe sensor array for bacterial identification.

[Possibility of the liver ultrastructure recovery in intoxication with heavy metals salts].

Experimental studies helped to reveal ultrastructural changes in hepatocytes, caused by prolonged exposure to heavy metals salts taken in combination and ratios characteristic to soil contents near Almalyk mining and smelting enterprise. The authors demonstrated possibility of liver structural recovery via enterosorption with additional antioxidant therapy.

[Efficacy of baxtims in eliminating dysfunction of the liver monooxygenase system in exotoxinemia].

The hepatoprotector activity of baxtims was studied with respect to hepatobiliary system pathologies. The tetrachloromethane and bulldok induced liver damage is accompanied by a significant decrease in activity of the monooxygenase system, which leads to violation of the detoxicant function and protein synthesis function of liver, followed by the development of engenous intoxication. Baxtims produced a pronounced hepatoprotector effect in the case of liver damage induced by toxicants of various chemical nature.

[Application of baxtims preparation in treatment of experimental diffuse purulent peritonitis].

The proteins proteolysis increase as well as their biosynthesis disorder were observed in experimental diffuse purulent peritonitis, which was simulated in rats of Wistar line. Application of baxtims preparation for the abdominal cavity treatment during 14 days had promoted restoration of this process and the proteinic deficiency elimination as well.
