In imaging spectroscopy, gathering oral tissue spectral data from resected samples may not accurately represent tissue signatures due to time-dependent changes, blood loss, protein degeneration, and preservation chemicals. In-vivo spectral imaging is employed to address these limitations, but it poses challenges like device dimensions, tissue accessibility, and motion artifacts, impacting data quality and reliability. Our study publishes a dataset of spectral images focusing on oral diseases, addressing these challenges.

Leveraging the intrinsic enzymatic capabilities of this fungus, mainly its production of laccase, presents a sustainable and eco-friendly approach to breaking down complex polymer chains into less harmful constituents. This review focused on enhancements in the strain's efficiency through genetic engineering, optimized culture conditions, and enzyme immobilization to underscore the potential for scalability and practical application of this bioremediation process.

Survey data from 226 service employees were used to test the hypothesized moderating role of chronic self-regulatory focus on the relationships between work-family conflict (WFC) and challenge/hindrance strain. A follow-up scenario-based experiment (N = 93 executives) confirmed the results of the hypothesized model. Results from the two studies together demonstrated the moderating role of self-regulatory processes: chronic promotion-focused individuals perceived WFC as a challenge-type strain, while chronic prevention-focused individuals viewed WFC as a hindrance-type strain.

Objectives: This study was conducted to find out whether final-year medical undergraduates possess basic, clinically relevant knowledge (K) regarding sleep and sleep-related problems and to discover their beliefs (B) regarding sleep and sleep hygiene. We also wanted to assess their sleep practices (P) and suggest remedial measures, if necessary.
Context: Antimicrobial resistance is a serious public health concern worldwide. Inappropriate prescribing, including the wrong drug, incorrect dose/duration, and poor compliance, contributes to it.
Objective: To identify factors determining the attitudes and practices of prescribers regarding antibiotic usage and to suggest measures that contain antibiotic resistance.
