A combination of nivolumab and ipilimumab (NIVO + IPI) is the only approved combination of two immune checkpoint inhibitors for metastatic or advanced renal cell carcinoma (mRCC). Inadequate evidence of treatment with NIVO + IPI has been reported in Japanese cohorts. We evaluated the clinical efficacy of NIVO + IPI treatment.

This study validated the prognostic value of rapid and deep PSA decline in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) using real-world data.
Methods: In total, 1296 patients with mHSPC were retrospectively reviewed.
Soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) is a bifunctional enzyme involved in fatty acid metabolism and a promising drug target. We previously reported first-generation sEH proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs) with limited degradation potency and low aqueous and metabolic stability. Herein, we report the development of next-generation sEH PROTAC molecules with improved stability and degradation potency.

Genetic testing plays a crucial role in diagnosing these conditions, guiding treatment strategies, and providing early intervention options for the affected families. A 57-year-old man presenting with back pain was found to have a left adrenal tumor and a retroperitoneal tumor near the left renal hilum.

Therefore, the formation and resolution of these non-canonical structures must be dynamically regulated by physiological conditions or factors that can bind G4 and iM structures. Although many G4 binding proteins responsible for tuning the G4 structure have been discovered, the structural regulation of iM by iM-binding proteins remains enigmatic.
