Air pollution, especially small particulate matter (PM.), has emerged as a significant public health crisis in Pakistan, yet its long-term health impacts remain understudied. There is a critical lack of high-resolution spatiotemporal analysis that captures the changing exposure levels and associated mortality trends over extended periods.

The aim of this work was the assessment of repeating Ponseti method in management of relapsed idiopathic CTEV in children less than two years of age.
Methods: This prospective study was carried out on 50 clubfeet in 33 children aged 10 months - two years, who had relapsed idiopathic CTEV after documented complete correction of the initial deformity with Ponseti method and initiation of a bracing protocol, between April 2022 and April 2024.
The growing energy demand has underscored the importance of sustainable energy storage devices. Biomass-derived carbon dots (B-Cdots) have gained significant attention for their potential to address this challenge. Utilizing greener routes for the large-scale synthesis of B-Cdots is not only eco-friendly and cost-effective but also promotes sustainability.

Fracture is treated as a stochastic phase transition, which inherently accounts for the random microstructural effects that lead to variations in the value of fracture strength. Moreover, the model takes into consideration the effects of temperature and burnup on thermal conductivity.

The cumulative effect of S1 and S2 subunit mutations can influence the conformational dynamics of the binding surface, facilitating the release of viral genome into host cells.
Aim: This study investigates the deleterious mutations across all Omicron lineages identified in our analysis and their effect on the conformational stability of RBD opening.
