Introduction: Menopause is a normal developmental stage in a woman's life marking the permanent cessation of menstruation. Periodontitis and osteoporosis are noteworthy health concerns in post-menopausal women. Calprotectin is an inflammatory biomarker for precise diagnosis of periodontal disease.

Though biochar or plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) have been widely used for alleviating HM or drought stress in plants, the study of the effects of combined treatment with biochar and PGPR under simultaneous HM and drought stress is limited. This study investigated individual and combined effects of groundnut shell biochar (GS-BC) and PGPR strain ARN7 on growth, physiology, and HM accumulation, along with their impact on soil enzymes under HM (Ni and Zn), drought, or HM+drought stress.

For studying the morphological properties, the copper doped titanium dioxide (TiO2:Cu) nanocrystalline structures were characterised through powder X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy. The prepared TiO2:Cu nanoparticles were annealed at two temperatures, namely, copper doped titanium dioxide annealed at 723 K temperayure (TC1) and copper doped titanium dioxide annealed at 1073 K temperayure (TC2).

The 4f-4f electronic transitions of the Er and Yb ions were confirmed via the optical absorption spectrum. Notably, the use of Yb -Er ions failed to improve the TL intensity, sensitivity, and trap density.
