Scene classification plays a vital role in various computer vision applications, but building deep learning models from scratch is a very time-intensive process. Transfer learning is an excellent classification method using the predefined model. In our proposed work, we introduce a novel method of multimodal feature extraction and a feature selection technique to improve the efficiency of transfer learning in scene classification.

The life of all creatures is supported directly or indirectly by soil, which is a significant environmental matrix. The soil has been polluted partly due to increased human activities and population growth, releasing several foreign substances and persistent contaminants. When toxic substances like polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are disposed of, the characteristics of the soil are changed, microbial biodiversity is impacted, and items are destroyed.

Background: Flexural strength (FS) of denture base resins (DBRs) had been improved by reinforcing it with different glass fibers. However, a limited data are available on the effect of glass fiber reinforcement with conventional heat-cured resin after prolonged water storage.

Aims And Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the reinforcing effect of novel S-glass and nylon fibers on the FS of acrylic DBRs.
