Objective: To analyze the efficacy and tolerability of aceclofenac in the treatment of patients with acute non-specific musculoskeletal pain in the lower back (ANBP) compared with other NSAIDs (dexketoprofen, nimesulide and lornoxicam), as well as to assess the impact of NSAIDs therapy on the relative risk of recurrence and chronicity of this pathology.

Material And Methods: The study involved 80 patients (47 women and 33 men), average age 52.6 [47.

Article Synopsis
  • The study aimed to evaluate how effective and tolerable different regimens of tolperisone hydrochloride (TH) are for treating acute nonspecific lower back pain (ALBP).
  • 90 patients were divided into two groups: one received TH in sustained release form with basic treatment, while the other received TH intramuscularly for 5 days followed by sustained release, with the study lasting 30 days.
  • Results showed that group 2 had better pain control for moderate and severe pain over 30 days, improved range of motion, and high therapy adherence, with no major side effects reported.

TiCT MXene is one of the most comprehensively studied 2D materials in terms of its adsorptive, transport, and catalytic properties, cytotoxic performance, etc. Still, conventional MXene synthesis approaches provide low single-flake MXene yield and frequently uncontrollable properties, demanding further post-processing. The MXene family also lacks magnetism, which is helpful for producing effective nanoadsorbents as their magnetic decantation is the cheapest and most convenient way to remove the spent adsorbent from water.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the first own experience of using indocyanine green (ICG) in liver transplantation compared to literature data and to determine its potential for clinical practice. Liver transplantation is an effective option for patients with end-stage disease, but this procedure is associated with many problems such as graft rejection, graft dysfunction, surgical risk and postoperative management. Modern methods for assessing graft function have their limitations, so a more efficient method is needed.

In order to increase the thermal stability of olefin polymerization precatalysts, new titanium(IV) complexes with diolate ligands differing in the degree of steric hindrances were synthesized from readily available precursor (±)camphor. The structures of the complexes were established by X-ray diffraction. Complexes in the presence of an activator {EtAlCl + BuMg} catalyzed the synthesis of UHMWPE with an M up to 10 million and a productivity of up to 3300 kg/mol·atm·h.
